With a backdrop of over 30 years in active ministry, Pastor Phillips brings a wealth of experience and integrity to Farmington Heights Church. After serving seven years as an evangelist, Pastor Phillips stepped into pastoral ministry in 1978 and has since served as Pastor in five churches. He and his wife, Dyan, came to Farmington Heights in August 1997. Under his leadership, the church has gained stability and strength and now stands poised to be a catalyst of revival in this region. Pastor and Dyan have three married sons and six grandsons: Shane and wife April (Nicholas & Aaron), Seth and wife Tracey (Luke, Drew & Reid), & Sean and wife Ginger (Christian).
Scott joined the staff of Farmington Heights as youth pastor in November 1997, following five years of teaching and coaching in the public school system. After eight successful years of serving students, parents, and volunteers, Scott transitioned into the new role of Administrative Pastor in the fall of 2005. Currently, he serves Pastor Phillips and the church through overseeing the administrative duties of the church. Scott is married to his high school sweetheart, Rita, and they have two children, Aurie and Blaine.
Steve and his wife Beth joined the staff of Farmington Heights in December of 2014 after serving nine years as a youth pastor in Ohio. He finds great pleasure in watching students grow deeper in their relationships with God. An important aspect of youth ministry to Steve is building relationships and leading students into a greater understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Steve also believes in equipping students to be leaders in their community. Steve and Beth have two children, Mikayla and Caleb.
After several years of working in the children’s ministry of Farmington Heights, Ginger became the full-time children’s pastor in 2002. With a strong burden to lead children to a personal relationship with Christ, she considers it an honor to partner with parents to build strong spiritual foundations in the hearts of children. Ginger and her husband Tony have two children, Sarah and Jesslyn.
Cacho and his wife Diana are both graduates of the National University of Fine Arts in Mexico and have an extensive background in theatre, radio, and television. After giving his life to Christ in 1988, he & his wife both felt the call of ministry upon their lives and in 1991 they helped start Semilla de Mostaza Church in Mexico City. He has collaborated with organizations such as Armageddon Productions, Horizon Ministries, CBN, Semilla de Mostaza, Willow Creek, as well as many churches. Following a call from God, he brought his family to Wilson in 2000 to lead the Latino ministry of Farmington Heights. Cacho and Diana have two children, Luisa and Alonso.
