Volunteer sign ups open October 18th and will close after November 20th. This year, we’re offering two opportunities for volunteer training! You can choose to attend either Monday, November 16th, or Tuesday, November 17th, both at 6:30 PM. Both sessions will cover the same information, so you only need to attend one.

We plan to remain open until December 6th. If we sell out of tree before then, we will contact you to let you know we have sold out and will close the tree lot early.

Click on a date/time below to register to volunteer! You are welcome to signup for as many as you'd able to commit to. If you are signing up for multiple people in your family, please be sure to sign them up separately so we have an accurate count of volunteers.

Volunteers are welcome to wear BATCAL shirts if you have them from previous years but are not required to. Volunteers will wear lanyards for our guests to identify volunteers.
