1. WE ARE GUIDED BY PASTORS

The Pastoral staff team is led by the Lead Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry
and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and help our
Lead Pastor develop the spiritual life of the church.

2. WE ARE PROTECTED BY ELDERS

Our Board of Elders are 12 members of the congregation appointed to oversee the property, facilities,
finances, and the overall spiritual well-being of our church. They also provide counsel to the
Lead Pastor regarding the overall ministry and direction of the church.

3. WE ARE STRENGTHENED BY OUR DENOMINATION

We are a part of the Church of God denomination out of Cleveland, Tennessee (churchofgod.org).
Being a part of a larger organization provides spiritual oversight and accountability
for our local church from a state and international level, as well as combined
missions involvement around the globe.
